Return Policy
How do I return my product(s) using the free return policy?
It is possible to return items only if you meet the conditions mentioned below.
We try to inform you as well as possible about our products. However, if the ordered products do not meet your expectations you have the possibility to inform us within fourteen days (legal period under Dutch law). In that case, you need to contact our support desk at support@straightnesstraining.com. If you want to inform us in writing, please fill out and send us the form below. You will need to send the order back within 14 days after informing us. The costs for sending the order back to us will have to be paid by you.
After having received the product in good, unused condition, we will refund your payment, if you are eligible for our free return policy. If so, the payment will be refunded within 14 days through the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
In case you would like to exchange a product, please inform us about the product you would like to have in exchange.
It is not possible to exchange a product with a product which has a different price. In that case you will have to request a full refund and place a new order.
Your full refund will be processed if:
1) The product(s) have been returned in the original packaging.
2) The products have been unused.
3) In case of a default, no attempts have been made to restore this default.
4) The items are returned to us within 14 days.
